Network Requirements: Supports 2.4G WiFi only. For a reliable link between the G2 Gateway and your lock, maintain a separation of no more than 32 feet. Your smartphone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi‑Fi network during setup and operation. Remote Management & Notifications: Lock or unlock doors from anywhere, and create, edit or delete access codes remotely. Monitor door status, battery life and activity logs in real time, and receive instant alerts whenever someone enters or exits your home. This eliminates the Bluetooth range limitation.
