Fuliko Multicolor Restored Tools Set, sku-18763761470

Fuliko Restored Tools, sku-18763761470, are listed as Multicolor, with size and pattern both listed as 9'' round 2 pcs. UPC: 850073081396. The set contains 2 round proofing baskets made from Indonesian rattan. Each basket measures 9 inch in diameter and 3.5 inch in height and holds up to 1.5 pounds of dough.

The baskets help dough keep its shape during proofing and help produce a crisp crust when baked. They work with flour, water, salt and yeast recipes, including Lahey No Knead and Tartine Country. Lightly flour a basket, place shaped dough seam side down, cover it and let it proof. Turn the dough onto a baking surface to bake.

After use, remove leftover flour or dough, let the basket dry completely and store it in a dry place.
