Most orders are roasted the same night and shipped the next day, excluding weekends and holidays. The coffee is sourced, roasted, blended and packaged in the United States. Fresh Roasted Coffee uses Loring SmartRoasters to reduce its carbon footprint. Each bag is nitrogen flushed to remove oxygen and has a one-way degassing valve. The company also offers pre-ground coffee and other coffee formats. For a countertop coffee maker, start with 1-2 tbsp (5-10g) of ground coffee per 6 fl oz (180ml) of cold filtered water, then adjust to taste. Store the coffee in its zip-seal bag or an airtight container in a cool, dark, dry place. It can be used in standard drip and espresso machines, automatic brewers, pour overs, AeroPress, French presses, moka pots and percolators.
