They fit Yaesu/Vertex FT-60, FT-60E, FT-60R, FT-270R and VX-170, VX-180, VX-400, VX-410, VX-414, VX-417, VX-420, VX-424, VX-427, VX-800, VX-800V and VX-800U radios. Made to match the original battery's size and thickness, they use grade A++ cells, an aluminum casing and an integrated Smart IC chip. Each cell undergoes quality checks and is tested for 800+ charge cycles. A built-in microchip protects against overcharging, overdischarging, short circuits and overheating.

Contact customer support about product or delivery issues; the technical and service teams aim to resolve them within 24 hours. Quality-related problems qualify for a replacement or refund. Batteries may arrive with little or no charge. Charge them fully before first use if the radio does not turn on.

For long-term performance, the supplier recommends fully discharging and charging the battery for the first 3 cycles.
