Complete kit: Includes the heating mat, digital thermostat, alarm and floor temperature sensor for an all-in-one in-floor warming solution. The mat warms from the floor up to replace dry, stuffy convection heat and is both waterproof and moisture-proof, so it’s suitable for kitchens and bathrooms — if the floor is wet, simply dry it and the system will not be affected. Installation-friendly design: The mat’s back features 1/8 double-sided glue to hold it firmly in place. Heating cable can be shifted away from the mesh to avoid obstructions and maintain a level surface. Note the guidance to avoid cutting the cable; at the same time the 2" spacing allows cutting, rotating, and flipping of the heating lines when needed. The cable assembly must be embedded in a thin mortar, cement, or other self-leveling bottom layer. Construction and safety: Heating cables use insulating FEP and copper conductors with an outer PVC sheath. The insulation FEP is rated for temperature resistance of 205 degree celsius, giving reliable protection against overheating. Thermostat features: The touchscreen thermostat includes a built-in GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) and supports dual sensing (Air/Floor), power logging, and a child lock. There are four temperature control modes and a 7-day scheduling feature to eliminate repetitive programming. Options and applications: Available in 5 different sizes to fit various layouts. The mat installs beneath ceramic tile, natural stone, laminate, or wooden flooring and is suitable for homes, yoga studios, schools and other spaces that need comfortable floor warmth.
