Designed to match the factory appearance of Polestar 2 models from 2021–2024, this Fitcamx integrated dash camera installs without windshield blocking, trimming, or cable routing for a discreet, OEM-style finish. Installation is plug-and-play; to share power with the vehicle as intended, unplug the Rear View Mirror's port to obtain the tandem shared power source (this will not affect normal mirror operation). Includes a 64GB memory card. Image system: powered by a Novatek chip and an f/1.6 large-aperture lens, the camera captures UHD 2160P/30fps video and covers a broad 170° field of view for more driving detail. Night and high-contrast scenes are handled by WDR technology to keep license plates and road signs readable. Recording features: continuous loop recording automatically overwrites the oldest files when storage is full, while the built-in G-sensor locks and protects footage generated during sudden collisions so important clips aren’t erased. Note: no parking sensor. Connectivity: the dash cam has built-in WiFi and works with the Fitcamx app (Android & iOS) so you can preview, download, and share video files wirelessly while on the go.
