The complex contains citrus bioflavonoids from Citrus sinensis fruit, sweet orange, tangerine, lime, lemon, acerola, rutin, hesperidin complex from Citrus spp. fruit, and naturally occurring vitamin C metabolites. Other ingredients are plant-origin cellulose, croscarmellose, calcium silicate, vegetable magnesium stearate and cellulose coating.

Adults should take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal, and discuss their supplements and medications with a health care provider. Ester-C is a patented, non-acidic ingredient described as gentle on the stomach. The product claims enhanced vitamin C absorption and retention, antioxidant protection and immune support for up to 24 hours.
