The Red EONFITOmni E3 Strength Training rack, sku-14332250391, builds on the E2 power rack. Its Smith machine has a 400lbs rating, solid steel guide rails, bearings, a locking mechanism and safety arms for exercises such as shoulder presses, calf raises and glute work.

The rack includes a Smith bar, 4 pairs of lock pins compatible with Pivot Arms, and a cable crossover with PU cables and 16 adjustable height positions for flyes, lat pulldowns, curls, rows and other lifts. It also serves as a squat rack, functional trainer, chin-up station and landmine core trainer. Its outside dimensions are 62.5"L x 71"W x 85"H, with a 41.5*60 internal size.

The cage uses 2"x2" 14 gauge steel, an electrostatic powder coating, laser cutting and robotic welding. It has a weight capacity of up to 1500lbs and is described as tested to meet safety standards and weight ratings.
