fatini fatini 30 Black Glass Gas Cooktop sku-867357212

This Black 30 gas cooktop is listed under Ranges, Ovens and Cooktops as fatini model fatini. The source describes it as an Empava cooktop with 5 Italian-made SABAF sealed burners. It converts between LPG and natural gas with the included nozzles and delivers the same maximum BTU power with either fuel.

It can operate manually without electricity and is described for use in RVs, small kitchens, mobile homes, outdoors and for light family cooking. It can be installed above an Empava 24/30 in. under-counter single wall oven. A flame-failure thermocouple shuts off the gas if the flame goes out. The sealed burners keep food from falling into them.

The black tempered-glass surface resists stains and heat discoloration; the knobs and full-width, edge-to-edge cast-iron grates are dishwasher-safe. Its 4 burner sizes include a dual-ring 12000-BTU burner, a 10000-BTU burner, two 6500-BTU burners and a 4000-BTU burner for simmering, boiling, stir-frying, steaming, melting and caramelizing.
