Compact electric thermostat for spa and swimming pool heating with built-in ultra-high temperature protection. After installation, users must perform safety checks before first use to confirm the thermostat is operating normally. With the tub or pool filled to the appropriate level, start the system; the unit runs an automatic self-check and continues until thermostat control is fully active. To start heating, rotate the control clockwise — the indicator light will illuminate while heating is engaged. The thermostat holds the water at the preset temperature and is designed to maintain temperatures within a range not exceeding 40 °C (104 °F). If the system is started with cold water, expect the temperature to rise at about 6 ~ 8 °C/h. The controller cycles automatically: it heats until the preset temperature is reached, then stops and will restart automatically once the temperature falls a few degrees. If temperature exceeds safe limits (over 49 °C), the ultra-high temperature switch will trip and cut power for safety.
