Peakora Red Smallwares HG-ZTYJ-5212 sku-17236107047

The Peakora HG-ZTYJ-5212 is a Red Smallwares electric roasting pan and hot pot, SKU sku-17236107047, UPC 747495879758. This 2 in 1 appliance runs on 110v and is listed at 2200w. Its five-tier thickened aluminum tray has a baked-paint finish rated for 1832°F. The hot pot holds 0.95 gallons, and the roasting pan has a 16.5-inch total diameter; the stated serving range is 5-15 people.

A raised, diamond-shaped grill surface reduces contact between food and the pan to help it heat evenly and stick less. Dual heating tubes provide 2200 watts of power. You can grill and cook hot pot at the same time. The removable pot has two compartments for different broths, and two knobs control the pot and roasting pan temperatures independently.

An insulated chassis and heat sinks help release heat. The pot, roasting pan and base separate for cleaning with water and a soft cloth, and the removable parts can be stored in a cupboard or on a shelf. It can also be given as a Christmas or Thanksgiving gift.
