Electric In-Floor Heating Mat — 20 Sq Ft Kit with Programmable Touchscreen Thermostat

Complete underfloor heating kit that delivers 20 square feet of even, floor-up warmth to remove cold spots and drafts. The package includes the heating mat, a programmable touchscreen thermostat with built-in GFCI protection, a floor temperature sensor, and an installation monitor — kit size 1.6 x 13.1 ft.

The thin 1/8 inch mat uses a double-sided adhesive backing for a secure bond to the subfloor; its 2-inch spacing and reversible layout let you cut and rotate the mat around obstacles for flexible placement in varied room configurations. The thermostat supports dual sensing (air/floor), power logging, a child lock, and 4 event/7-day programmable scheduling for tailored comfort and energy savings.

Safety features include a dedicated floor sensor for accurate temperature control, built-in GFCI to detect ground faults, and an installation monitor that alerts to possible cable damage to minimize rework. Suitable for tile, stone, laminate, and wood floors — ideal for upgrading bathrooms, kitchens, or living areas with reliable radiant heat.
