Each trolley has deep-groove ball bearings positioned by welding for steady, quiet movement, a solid alloy-steel pin shaft and a solid-steel intermediate support for strength and impact resistance. The galvanized zinc finish provides rust protection. The mounting platform is 0.39 inches thick, so electric-hoist fixing bolts need extra length.
Install strut-channel fixing bolts outside the track; bolts inside it prevent the trolley from passing. Trolley width is 1-5/16 inch (33mm); it fits strut channel 1-5/8 inch wide and 1-5/8 inch or taller. Maximum load is 700 pounds/320kg, and trolley wheel weight is 700g. SKU: sku-2127039460.
