What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

High Lifting Efficiency: With a powerful pure copper motor (1500W), it can lift heavy objects to a height of 13ft in a minute to promote efficient work while saving labor costs. Stable Performance: The high-speed bearing can ensure that the bearing rotation gap of the motor remains unchanged under long-term use.

It has a stable rotor axially with high motor force, which ensures good working performance. Meanwhile, the pure copper motor with good heat dissipation and good stability can provide strong power for lifting with low noise, giving you a more comfortable working environment.

Thoughtful Design: When the anti-rush top limiter touches the hook, the machine can automatically stop lifting to avoid damaging the machine due to excessive lifting. Meanwhile, the hook with a safety latch can rotate 360° to lift objects in all directions and allows the machine to be fixed stably at a high place or connected to most trolleys or beam clamps while promoting safety.

Strong Load Capacity: The sturdy double chains and hooks ensure a strong load capacity of 2200 lbs, allowing this product to lift heavy items. Strong and Durable: The aluminum alloy housing, 20Mn2 chain, and manganese steel hook with high strength and good rigidity can resist wear, corrosion, shock, and deformation.

Also, the silver point switch, high-speed synchronous gear, and three-wire power cord can be used for a long time and the high protection grade (IP55) allows it to be used in different environments. High Safety: The highly insulated motor (Class F) can prevent thermal damage and the built-in electronic thermal protector can shut down the motor when its temperature rises or the running time is too long until the motor is completely cooled.

The limit switch will be disconnected immediately after power failure. Besides, the reverse phase sequence protection device and dual brake system can also enhance safety. Excellent Heat Dissipation: The built-in cooling fan and heat dissipation holes can dissipate heat quickly to reduce the risk of burning out the machine while ensuring stable operation for a long time.
