EBC Brakes DP5071NDX Bluestuff NDX full race brake pads are Multicolor. This high-friction sport and race material is intended for aggressive street driving and certain types of track use. It bites from cold, provides a progressive brake feel and can bring a car to a complete stop.

It has performed well on track with quality aftermarket multi-piston calipers that have better release and cooling and larger rotors. Results with street-based calipers have been more limited because pad size and caliper drag can challenge the material.

Older street-based caliper and slider systems can also present problems for Bluestuff NDX and competing pads; no material is suited to every such system on track. ECE R90 brake safety regulation approval was completed in July 2011, and certificates were being obtained at that time.
