Unbranded Green Hand Tools DF-6 110V sku-17400313903
No rating yet(0 ratings)This Unbranded Green DF-6 110V enameled-wire stripping machine is listed under Hand Tools. It uses a scraper to remove the coating from wire. The handheld version has an electronic stepless speed regulator, a single-phase series motor, a scraping blade, a light micro-drag switch and a carbon brush.
The fixed version has 2 parts: a power component with a single-phase series-excited motor, and scraping knives with a governor. The design is described as easy to operate and install, with fast coating removal, stable quality and a low failure rate. To use it: 1.
Place the wire end in the tool holder and run the motor, increasing speed if the coating remains or reducing it if the scraper cuts the wire. 2. Adjust speed to suit the wire diameter, using a slower setting for smaller wire, then move the wire against the axial direction to scrape off the coating. 3. Release the handheld power switch or fixed-type governor. 4. Replace the work and repeat.
