DEXTRUS Black Bedroom Furniture MWYIH0007996MW King

The DEXTRUS MWYIH0007996MW is a Black, King-size four-poster canopy bed frame in the Unisex Bedroom Furniture listing (UPC 840327979951). Its listed material is Alloy Steel; the description calls the sturdy metal frame iron. It measures 80'' L x 76'' W x 72'' H. Twin frames support up to 550 lbs, while Full, Queen and King frames support up to 900 lbs.

Those capacities are calculated after covering a 0.59-inch MDF. Double cross rails near the headboard, center support legs and upgraded middle legs add stability. The bed and foot pads are designed to resist scratching and flipping, and the foot pads protect floors and mats. The 14-inch platform leaves up to 12 inches of space beneath it for boxes, suitcases or toys.

Support slats help prevent mattress sagging. Non-slip foam tape on the center bar is described as keeping the metal slats quiet; the assembly instructions also refer to wooden slats. Slat spacing is 5.31 inches for Twin and Full and 5.98 inches for Queen and King. A mattress pad can go directly on the frame, so no box spring is required. The minimalist design is described as easy to assemble.
