Its OUTPUT button switches power on and off; voltage and current can be adjusted with 0 output. A 4-digit backlit LED display shows voltage, current and power, with 0.01V and 0.001A resolution.
The supply has CE and FCC certifications and protection against leakage, over-voltage, over-current, over-power, over-load, over-temperature and short circuits, plus a grounding terminal. It takes 110V input; 220V input is not available. A 5V 2A USB port and temperature-controlled fan are built in. The vertical unit has rubber feet, measures 8.4 x 3.3 x 5.5 inches and weighs 2.6 lbs.
