CXXSW Shower Generator Bathroom Plumbing sku-18057873943

CXXSW sku-18057873943 is a Single generator for Bathroom Plumbing. The shower water-flow generator has an LCD showing real-time flow, temperature and shower time. Its title specifies 12mm/20mm and G1/2 fittings. A ROHS-certified brass core has an epoxy coating rated to withstand 1.75MPa pressure.

The generator has a wear-resistant nylon housing, triple silicone seals rated Shore 70A and machined 304 stainless steel threads rated for 10,000+ cycles. It passed a 120°C/15L/min continuous-flow test with <3% fluctuation at 0.05-0.2MPa. At 6L/min, it maintains 21.2V±2VAC; an integrated voltage stabilizer protects connected devices.

It supports 12V/24V LED systems and can generate 18W for LED lighting, with a 12V/1.5A maximum. The housing measures 70x104mm and weighs 320g. The LCD displays flow from 2-15L/min and temperature from 0-120°C. Standard G1/2 threads, 15.5mm long, fit most 1/2" NPT/PIPE fittings, and installation requires no tools.

Its triple-layer sealing system, submersible design and self-draining channels passed a 72hr pressure test and maintain integrity through 0-120°C thermal cycles. The generator is intended for high-humidity bathrooms and works with tankless heaters, solar systems, RV pumps and smart showers at flow rates of 2-15L/min. It is NSF/372 certified for drinking water systems.
