The Mountain View playset is available with a tarp roof, while the Mountain View Lodge has a wooden roof; the source title specifies a green slide for the Pink-accessory Lodge variant. There are 7 color combinations.

Both versions include monkey bars, a rock climbing wall, sandbox, play tower, straight slide, ladder, two belt swings and a trapeze bar. Optional Ultimate Swing Hangers and Seats support up to 250lbs per swing. The USA-made thermoformed HDPE slide also has a 250lbs weight capacity. The 8-rock wall has textured rocks of varied sizes and a rope.

Install the wood-roof playset on a level surface at least 6 ft from fences or structures; the recommended safety area is approximately 27 ft x 32 ft. The cedar construction is naturally rot resistant, and the playset is ASTM compliant. Chains are vinyl dipped to prevent pinching.
