Costway HCST10590 Red 18 QT Roaster sku-18238615382

The Costway HCST10590 is a red 18 QT electric roaster listed under Kitchen Appliances as sku-18238615382. It fits a whole 24-lb turkey, enough to serve 8-10 people, and leaves the main oven available for side dishes and desserts. Its high-domed, self-basting lid returns condensed steam to the turkey, helping produce crisp skin and juicy meat without opening the lid.

A lid rest keeps the counter clean while serving. The temperature control ranges from 150°F to 450°F, with DEFROST and KEEP-WARM settings for thawing and holding food until serving. Preheat for 15-20 minutes. The removable enameled pan and handled lift-out rack are dishwasher-safe. Rolled edges help with lifting the pan, and cool-touch handles help with handling.

Let the unit cool completely before cleaning. It can also bake, slow cook and warm foods such as chicken, ham, potatoes and desserts.
