Unbranded Computer Accessories Kit sku-17820660356

This Unbranded Black Corne V4.1 split keyboard kit is listed under Computer Accessories, SKU sku-17820660356 and UPC 768256202370. The package contains 2 bottom PLA cases, 2 top PLA plates, 2 low-profile hot-swap PCBs, 2 button batteries and 2.4 Ghz connectors. Switches and keycaps are not included and must be supplied to make a working keyboard.

This kit accepts only Kailh Choc 1350 and 1353 series low-profile switches, even though other Corne variants may accept MX-style switches. The PLA parts are described as non-toxic and environmentally friendly. The open-source Corne design supports Vial key mapping and layers; compatible firmware options include QMK and ZMK for wireless builds.

Programming options include macros, Mod-Tap and Tap Dance. Its split halves can be placed shoulder-width apart or tented to encourage a more neutral wrist position. Column-staggered keys follow finger alignment to reduce stretching and sideways movement. The compact 40% layout has 46 keys and uses layers to limit hand movement; the halves can be packed separately for travel.

Community-made cases, firmware features and mods are available, as are compatible controllers, encoders and other accessories from third-party vendors. Other community PCB variants include hot-swap and soldered versions; those variants are not part of this kit.
