Heavy-duty French cleat hangers made from aircraft-grade aluminum for long-lasting, rust-free performance indoors or outdoors. These interlocking clip hangers (also called wall cleats or picture hangers) provide a flush mount solution for mirrors, cabinets, headboards and more. Each .7" cleat pair is rated to safely support up to 160 lbs. For a secure installation use two long screws per cleat; if extra stability is desired, install two pairs — one at the top and one at the bottom. Holes are spaced 1 inch apart. We include the necessary screws (not enough for every hole), and you may add additional fasteners to increase holding strength. There are more screw holes than required, so you don’t need to use every hole; distribute screws evenly along the cleat. Measuring and planning take only a few minutes. Installation typically requires only a drill and screwdriver. The kit contains all required components and fasteners.
