Temperatures are maintained between 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) through an electronic control system. The interior features rounded corners for faster, more thorough sanitation, and the doors have a 90-degree stay-open feature for easy access. Service and maintenance are simplified by a condensing unit that slides out from the back.
The unit rolls on heavy-duty casters for easy cleaning and repositioning and includes adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated shelves. Electrical requirement: NEMA 5-15P (Standard 115V Outlet).
