The insulated top lid opens to a refrigerated well that keeps ingredients visible, organized and safely chilled. Temperatures are maintained between 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) through an electronic control system. The interior features rounded corners for faster, more thorough sanitation, and the doors have a 90-degree stay-open feature for easy access. Service and maintenance are simplified by a condensing unit that slides out from the back.
