Children can choose their own bead patterns or use the included design ideas. To make a bracelet, pick up beads by pressing the bead pen onto each one, then watch them stack inside the pen.

Fill the pen to the wrist-size measurement symbol, dock it in the studio, release the beads onto the string and press the button to clasp the bracelet on the wrist. The kit includes 1230 beads: 1220 heishi beads and 10 pearlized friendship bracelet beads, also listed as feature beads.
