Designed for landlords and commercial property owners, the ControlTemp CT74 Basic is a tamper-proof thermostat that prevents unauthorized temperature changes. Renters/Guests cannot set the heat above 74 degrees and cannot set the AC below 74 degrees. Compatible with most HVAC systems, including Boiler, Furnace, Single stage Heat pumps. Does NOT work with Electric Baseboard or High Voltage HVAC systems.
