Unbranded Paint Supplies & Tools 1 gal sku-18529050014

Unbranded Paint Supplies & Tools, SKU sku-18529050014, UPC 626230993259. This 1 gal concentrate makes 5 gallons of Siloxa-Tek 8500, a water-based silane/siloxane penetrating sealer for concrete, pavers, brick and stone. The formula is described as 100% breathable, low VOC and non-film-forming, so it leaves the surface's appearance and profile unchanged.

It is listed as D.O.T. approved and is intended to reduce water intrusion and damage from chlorides, deicing salts and freeze-thaw exposure, including cracking, spalling and pitting. The listing says its active content is 6x higher than that of other water-based concrete sealers and that it resists wind-driven rain and UV exposure.

Apply it with a sprayer, roller or brush to driveways, garages, basements, patios or pool decks. Coverage is up to 250 square feet per gallon per coat. The seller states that vertical applications installed by a certified applicator can last up to 10 years before reapplication.
