Circular Polarizing Filter - Compatible With Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 35mm f/1.4G

A circular polarizer built to reduce reflections and intensify color for the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 35mm f/1.4G. The ultra-slim aluminum frame prevents vignetting while retaining smooth rotation capabilities for precise polarization adjustment. A non-slip upper rim makes mounting, rotating and removal quick and secure. Optical surfaces feature double sided, multi-layered coatings and are anti-oil, anti-dust, anti-soil, scratch & water resistant. CPL filters work by filtering directionally polarized light perpendicular to the reflected light, allowing much of that light to be absorbed and eliminating unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water and glass. The result is reduced haze on distant landscapes and richer, more saturated colors—especially effective for deepening blue skies and enhancing white clouds. Maximum polarization effect is achieved when shooting at a 90° angle to the sun.
