Each head is fully disassembled, cleaned in a hot tank and pressure tested for casting integrity. The valve job uses all required angles and is vacuum tested for compression.
CBN milling gives cast iron heads a smooth finish; CBN stands for Cubic Boron Nitrite. PCD milling gives aluminum heads a smooth finish; PCD stands for Poly crystalline Diamond. New valve stem seals are installed, and valve guides and seats are replaced as necessary.
