Chenyang CY Mini-SAS Dual-Port Adapter — SFF-8088 (External) to SFF-8643 (Internal) PCBA Female with Low-Profile & Full PCI Brackets

Dual-port Mini-SAS adapter that converts external SFF-8088 connections to internal HD SFF-8643 on a PCBA-mounted female connector. This 2-ports SFF-8643 to SFF-8088 adapter ships with both a low-profile bracket and a full PCI slot (standard-profile) mounting bracket for flexible installation. It works on either side of the link — compatible for use on host or device ports — and supports external SFF-8088 device connectors as well as internal SFF-8643 host connectors. The interface supports Mini-SAS data transfer rates up to 12Gb/s. The High Density (HD) system referenced as Mini-SAS (SFF-8088) in the SAS 2.1 standard meets the 12Gb/s SAS specification. These connectors are intended for use with the forthcoming SAS 3.0 specification when released. Cable materials may vary, but the connectors are the next generation of SAS designed to run at 12Gb/s.
