If you are unsure how to use the product, you can contact us. 1.

Pouring cat litter for the first time, please keep the litter volume within 4L and do not exceed the maximum limit. 2. The app will only fully collect one cat data (including weight, toilet time,) after the cat has been using the smart litter box continuously for 7 days, so please do not worry if the initial data is inaccurate. 3.

During the first week of using the smart litter box, it is recommended to use the extended cleaning mode (as it takes time for the litter to clump up and not stick to the machine, we usually clean it 5 minutes after the cat goes to the bathroom) 4.

The placement of the smart cat litter box should be stable, and should not be placed against walls, refrigerators, microwave ovens, or other large electronic products. Items should not be placed on top of the smart cat litter box, as this will seriously affect the collection of cat data
