Carlikeit Restored Automotive Adapter sku-16971864371
4.5(20 ratings)This Black Carlikeit wireless CarPlay adapter, listed under Restored Automotive, converts factory wired CarPlay to wireless CarPlay. It retains navigation, music, Siri, phone calls and original vehicle controls. It also supports video apps such as Netflix, YouTube and TikTok, but video playback and CarPlay cannot run at the same time.
To play video, manually connect to a network each time: connect the dongle, select video, open settings and network, then join your phone's hotspot or another available Wi-Fi network. The compact Bluetooth and wireless adapter is designed for stable, low-latency operation.
After initial pairing, it reconnects to the phone and car when the engine starts if the phone's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled. Plug it in and pair it with a vehicle from 2016 onward that supports wired CarPlay and a phone running iOS 10 or above. The supplier offers lifetime technical support, replacement service and 24-hour online assistance through Amazon for compatibility questions.
