Each side has 5 sets of LEDs that light green as engine RPM rises. The shift point is adjustable from 500RPM to 9900RPM; at the set RPM, the lights flash red.
The embedded display shows speed, RPM, lap times, engine load, water temperature, voltage, 0-60 mph time, quarter-mile time, and lateral and longitudinal acceleration. The glossy 3K carbon fiber has a 1mm epoxy coating for oxidation protection, an even weave, a high-quality surface finish, and high heat tolerance.
The flat-bottom shape adds leg room and provides grip, including at varying temperatures and in demanding driving conditions. The module connects through a wireless OBD2 plug without wiring or changes to the existing gas and water pipeline configuration. Installation involves moving the trim panel, wiring harness, and shifting mechanisms from the existing steering wheel.
