Specially designed for concession trailers and food truck applications. ETL Listed for use over 450°F and 600°F cooking surface temperatures. Exhaust hood fabricated from type 430 stainless steel where exposed. Fully welded and polished front corners. Includes a factory installed round exhaust riser, a double wall rigid front, a 3” internal back standoff, and stainless steel hood filters. Includes a low profile roof mounted exhaust fan, adjustable duct section, transition plate, and hardware to connect the hood to the fan. As all hoods are custom built, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
