The bright f/2 aperture works with the EOS M’s large sensor to deliver excellent low-light capability and shallow depth of field. Optical design includes one aspheric lens element to produce high-resolution, high-contrast images. For filmmakers, the built-in STM (stepping motor) provides smooth, quiet continuous autofocus.
