Bybiment ABCGEMS (Full Coverage) New Zealand Abalone Checkerboard-Inlaid Beads — 15.5-inch Loose Strand, 2mm Hole — Handmade in Cebu, Philippines (Smo)

Premium New Zealand abalone checkerboard-inlaid beads from ABCGEMS, crafted entirely from genuine abalone and produced by skilled artisans in Cebu, Philippines. Each bead is carefully cut, shaped and polished by craftsmen with decades of experience, resulting in pieces that showcase meticulous workmanship and authentic beauty.

The checkerboard assembly is a time-intensive process requiring two labor-intensive weeks (14 Days) to complete each strand. We source large New Zealand abalone shells (rather than smaller Asian shells) to ensure consistent form, polish and uniform 2mm hole dimensions.

Supplied as a 15.5-inch loose strand, these beads give you flexible options for custom jewelry making; finished jewelry or clasps are not included. Believed to carry the ocean’s essence, these abalone beads are often used for spiritual practices and are associated with emotional balance and a calming sense of tranquility.
