Its parent lines were evaluated in multiple university research farm trials and selected for superior survival under intensive grazing while maintaining strong hay yields. This is a semi-dormant variety with a Fall Dormancy rating of 5 and offers broad-spectrum pest resistance, including high resistance to Fusarium Wilt and resistance to Phytophthora Root rot.
