The BTB SIGN 1.8-inch LED interval timer has 12/24-hour time, countdown, count-up, stopwatch, Tabata and FGB modes. A remote changes modes and lets you set work time, rest time and the number of rounds for activities such as running, lifting, boxing and circuit training.

Example settings include 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 10 cycles [F1 00:30 C1 00:10, C-C-10], or alternating 1-minute work and 20-second rest with 30-second work and 10-second rest for 6 cycles [F1 01:00 C1 00:20] [F2 00:30 C2 00:10] [C-C-06]. It has a 10-second preparation countdown and can beep at 3, 2, 1 during the final seconds of an interval.

Tabata and FGB preset keys start those workouts. The timer comes with a one-year warranty and an offer of a replacement or full refund through the seller. Listed under Baseball Gear & Equipment; sku-1919159017; UPC 725892761111.
