Contact the seller with questions before or after ordering. For spot cleaning, blot spills with a dry cotton towel or white paper towel and gently scrape away solids with a dull tool. Mix a very small amount of dish soap into one cup of cold water, apply it with a clean sponge, then let the area air dry. For a full cleaning, spray the rug with soap and water and rinse it thoroughly with a garden hose. For routine care, use a canister vacuum without a beater bar, a broom or a manual sweeper. A high-suction upright vacuum can pull threads from the backing and cause sprouts. If possible, use a handheld attachment or turn off the beater bar. Otherwise, set the beater bar to its highest setting and place the vacuum on the rug carefully.
