BMS Bms 16S 48V / 13S 60V Battery Management System for Lipo / Lifepo4 — 30A | 50A | 80A (Detection Circuit)

Compact, high-performance Battery Management System designed to protect and extend the life of lithium packs (Lipo and Lipo4). Built with a detection circuit and multiple safety layers, this BMS is suitable for 16S 48V and 13S 60V configurations and is easy to fit into most battery assemblies. Protection features: precise overcharge and over-discharge protection to prevent damaging voltage swings. Overcharge thresholds are 4.25v±0.25v for Lipo batteries and 3.65v±0.25v for Lipo4 batteries, ensuring safe charging limits for each chemistry. Current handling: available with maximum continuous current ratings of 30A / 50A / 80A. Peak current capability reaches up to 90A / 150A / 240A for Lipo packs and 30A / 150A / 240A for Lipo4 packs to support high-demand surges. Cell balancing: includes an 80 mA balance current with balanced starting voltages of 4.22v±0.25v for Lipo and 3.405v±0.25v for Lipo4, promoting even cell charge/discharge and maximizing usable capacity. Practical design: compact dimensions of 72*55*8mm make integration straightforward. The BMS also features very low self-consumption of just 35uA during charging recovery to minimize standby losses.
