BMS 16S 48V / 13S 60V Battery Management System for LiPo / LiFePO4 - 30A / 50A / 80A BMS with Detection Circuit

Compact, full-featured battery management board built to protect and optimize lithium packs (LiPo and LiFePO4). This BMS provides precise overcharge and over-discharge control to extend pack life while minimizing voltage stress on cells. Protection thresholds: overcharge cutoff at 4.25v±0.25v for Lipo packs and 3.65v±0.25v for Lipo4 packs. Continuous current options: 30A, 50A, or 80A. Peak current handling: up to 90A / 150A / 240A for Lipo applications and up to 30A / 150A / 240A for Lipo4 applications. Cell balancing is supported with an 80 mA balance current and balanced-start voltages of 4.22v±0.25v (Lipo) and 3.405v±0.25v (Lipo4), ensuring even charge distribution across cells. The PCB measures 72*55*8mm for easy integration, includes a detection circuit, and features very low self-consumption during recovery at just 35uA. Ideal for safeguarding multi-cell 16s 48v or 13S 60V battery packs while delivering reliable power.
