BMS 16S 48V / 13S 60V Battery Management System (Detection Circuit) – 30A / 50A / 80A for LiPo / LiPo4

Compact, multi-protection Battery Management System designed for lithium packs (LiPo and Lipo4). This BMS provides accurate overcharge and over-discharge safeguards to protect cell longevity and stabilize pack voltage under varying load conditions. Protection thresholds: overcharge cutoffs are 4.25v±0.25v for Lipo and 3.65v±0.25v for Lipo4. Current handling: available continuous ratings of 30A, 50A or 80A; peak current capacity reaches up to 90A / 150A / 240A for Lipo batteries and 30A / 150A / 240A for Lipo4 batteries to accommodate short high-demand bursts. Cell balancing: a balance current of 80 mA with balanced starting voltages of 4.22v±0.25v for Lipo and 3.405v±0.25v for Lipo4 ensures even charge distribution across cells. Physical and efficiency specs: compact footprint at 72*55*8mm and very low recovery self-consumption of just 35uA to minimize idle energy draw. Ideal for integrating into 16S (48V) or 13S (60V) battery packs where reliable detection circuitry, robust protection, and precise balancing are required.
