BMS 16S 48V / 13S 60V Battery Management System — 30A / 50A / 80A for Lipo / Lipo4, Detection Circuit, 72*55*8mm

Compact, high-precision Battery Management System engineered for multi-cell lithium packs (supports 16S 48V and 13S 60V). It provides controlled overcharge and over-discharge protection to extend pack life and improve operational safety. Protection and thresholds: overcharge protection set to 4.25v±0.25v for Lipo batteries and 3.65v±0.25v for Lipo4 batteries; includes precise balancing with a balance current of 80 mA and balanced starting voltages of 4.22v±0.25v for Lipo and 3.405v±0.25v for Lipo4. Current handling: selectable maximum continuous current ratings of 30A / 50A / 80A. Peak current capability for Lipo packs is 90A / 150A / 240A, while for Lipo4 packs peak capability is 30A / 150A / 240A, ensuring reliable performance under short bursts of high demand. Design and efficiency: compact footprint at 72*55*8mm for easy integration, and very low recovery self-consumption of only 35uA to minimize parasitic drain. Includes detection circuit and a full set of protection features to safeguard individual cells and the overall battery pack.
