BMS 16S/13S 48V/60V Battery Management System - BMS 30A/50A/80A for Lipo / Lifepo4 with Detection Circuit

Compact, high-precision Battery Management System built to protect and optimize lithium packs (Lipo / Lipo4 / Lifepo4). It provides accurate overcharge and over-discharge control to reduce harmful voltage swings and extend cell life. Overcharge thresholds are set to 4.25v±0.25v for Lipo batteries and 3.65v±0.25v for Lipo4 batteries to prevent damage from excessive charging. Continuous current is available in 30A / 50A / 80A versions, while peak current handling reaches up to 90A / 150A / 240A for Lipo batteries and 30A / 150A / 240A for Lipo4 batteries to support heavy load demands. Cell balancing is handled with an 80 mA balance current and balanced starting voltages of 4.22v±0.25v for Lipo packs and 3.405v±0.25v for Lipo4 packs, ensuring even charge distribution across cells. The unit is compact (72*55*8mm) and designed for low parasitic draw, with a charging-recovery self-consumption of just 35uA. Includes detection circuit for reliable monitoring and safety.
