Black 2:1 Shrinkable Braided Sleeving Fabric — Heat-Shrink Cable Sheath, 1/2" ID, 30ft (7/8" Flat Width)

Durable, abrasion-resistant braided sleeving designed to protect wiring, cable looms and harnesses while remaining highly flexible. The woven fabric construction makes the sleeve soft to handle, conforms to odd shapes and special-profile parts, and is easy to trim cleanly with scissors. Provides mechanical abrasion protection and reliable flame/high-temperature resistance with an operating range of -40°F to 257°F. Shrinks at a 2:1 ratio from a 1/2" inner diameter (flat width 7/8") — requires a heat gun and slightly higher heat to achieve even shrinkage; material will become somewhat stiff when heated. Supplied as a 30ft length and made in the USA.
