Model BC-230 is an NSF-certified commercial under-counter beverage cooler that measures 35 1/2 inch wide and provides 7cu.ft of storage. Designed for restaurant back bars and commercial kitchens, it is also suitable for home use. Cooling is handled by a fan system using R600a refrigerant, and the unit features an automatic defrost function. Temperature can be maintained between 32°F and 50°F (0°C to 10°C). The electronic control system allows adjustable temperature set points and configurable defrost frequency, and it displays error codes to help diagnose service issues. Exterior finish is black paint while the interior is aluminum embossed for durability. The door is a double-layer tempered glass panel that self-closes, includes a standard lock, and is fitted with a sturdy aluminum handle.
