Bas Rutten O2 Inspiratory Muscle Training Device for Improving Diaphragmatic Breathing - Portable Lung Muscle and Respiratory Power Training Device - High Altitude Breathing Trainer - Green

Bas Rutten Respiratory Training Device: Designed by Bas Rutten himself, the O2 Trainer is a lightweight and portable breathing exercise device for lungs that helps increase inspiratory (inhalation) muscle endurance. The breath trainer regulates air intake while also improving oxygen efficiency during exercise.

Fast and Noticeable Results: With just 30 reps (under four minutes) of the O2 lung trainer, you will start to strengthen your breathing muscles responsible for opening your lungs, which are your diaphragm and external intercostal muscles. With continued use, you'll be able to move up to 5 times more air, faster, in and out of your lungs.

Multi-purpose Breathing Trainer Device: The Bas Rutten O2 inspiratory muscle trainer is more than just a tool for athletes to improve their training. Inspiratory muscle strength training can also be beneficial for singers, hikers, mountain climbers, members of the military, musicians, and in meditation. Training your breathing in this way benefits your everyday life!

Portable Training Kit: Both the O2 lung exercise trainer and the weighted inserts are designed to fit into a convenient portable travel kit. It easily fits in any gym bag, purse or suitcase, making it just as easy to do breathing exercises on the road as it is when you’re home. High-Quality and Safe Design: The Bas Rutten O2 lung trainer is latex-free and made from high-quality silicone.

Our breathing trainers are safe for adults and children and are designed for maximum chest expansion for better breathing. It's perfect for use before playing a sport or a full day of working.
