The alloy-steel tool has a phosphate finish, anti-corrosion treatment, hardened cutting edges, a head shaped for access and gripping surfaces for flat and round material. Cutting capacity is 2 mm to 3 mm for iron alloy and 1.8 mm to 2.5 mm for piano wire. It meets ISO 5746 and IEC 60900; each tool is tested at 10,000V for 10 seconds after manufacture.
