The B&C DE160 is a professional studio subwoofer solution built for high-output, rack-mounted setups. It delivers 3000 watts rms per channel into 2 ohms and 2000 watts rms per channel into 4 ohms, powered by a resonant switch-mode power supply with a high-speed class d topology for efficient, low-distortion performance. Connectivity and signal control are straightforward: combo xlr and 1/4'' (6.35mm) input connectors on the front end and neutrik-tm speakon-tm output connectors for reliable speaker connections. Two independent 100 hz crossovers provide flexible routing and precise low-frequency management. Reliability features include a variable-speed fan for optimized cooling and ddt speaker protection to guard transducers under heavy use. The unit is housed in a lightweight aluminum chassis and fits a 2u space rack for convenient installation. Front-panel led indicators display input signal, ddt status and power so you can monitor operation at a glance.
